Missing status in Learning Edition

Dear Community

One of our customers have installed the Learning Edition in their laptop, and
It was observed that the RR status falls into Missing status. This is happening persistently from the beginning in all the 12 Laptops that the same was installed.  All the settings are default. 

Can anyone let us know what to investigate?

Hi H,

If I would hazard a guess, I'd say the learning edition does not allow you to drop processes on a resource. Something that might make sense in a free version. That would make it a built in limitation compared to a paid version. But then again, this would be my guess.

Is strange. I also have the learning edition in my own PC just for testing and I always have this as idle.

I run many times processes and works correctly, I think the only significant limitation of the learning edition is the number of published processes that you can have simultaneously.

I try to check why I have this running. In my case, the BP Server is stoped (and I never configure it in my own PC), and I have the option "Start a personal Runtime Resource on this machine when users sign in to Blue Prism"

It seems that the machine name of the PC contains Hangul.
Does Blue Prism support Korean resource names?

Unchecking the option "Start a personal Runtime Resource on this machine when users sign in to Blue Prism" causes resource state "Offline", not "Missing".
