Other than region mode, all modes are disable in a particular page, how to enable?

I am trying automate a page. I have attached the screen shot of that page. In that page, I need to spy the Application names and their corresponding availability percentage value & color. In that page ony region mode is enable and due to that I can only use the surface automation technique. but this technique has dependency on the location of the spied elements, if the location changes then this will not work any more. Therefore, could anyone please suggest/guide how to enable other spied modes or anyother way to spied those elements? Thanks/Manjeet

If you can spy the name and find its coordinates then maybe you could use a dynamic region in a position relative to the name element. A dynamic region is one where the StartX, StartY, EndX, EndY attributes are dynamic and the values are supplied from the diagram instead of being hardcoded in Application Modeller.
