How to get email and its attachments to a collection? The attachments might be a pdf, excel, word

You want the names of all attachement in collection OR the content of all attachment in collection?

Do you mean you need the message and its Attachment path? You can use Blueprism provide MAPIEx VBO --> Get mail action page

If you need the contents, you need to read that attachment path's excel which you get from MAPIEx VBO output and use get excel into collection VBO
