Hi. In my resources tab infront of resource session log says pending. I cannot run processes from control room now. My license is education. How can I solve this issue? Kindly assist me asap.
Even with the Trial/Education license, you should be able to run resources from the control room unless the license has expired. Please follow this KB article for troubleshooting tips on this issue.
