Problem in opening Excel File.

Hi, i am getting the error mentioned below when opening a workbook "Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Open Workbook took more than 30 secs." How to  avoid this?

Please check by visiting the task manager whether any other instance of Excel is running in the background. If yes, Close the instance. Try again, and if this doesn't resolve the issue, try restarting your system. It will surely work. Thanks,

valida si las cabeceras del archivo estan correctas, o el formato de las celdas estan bien, o quizas esta buscando un nombre de hoja de excel distinto.
