Process going into warning state at Close Instance action

The process is going into warning state at Close Instance action. Please note that this happens randomly and there is no fixed time or period when this can happen. Kindly help me on this, if anyone has faced this issue before.

This is the Blueprism popup which we are seeing in the bot machine when the process is in warning state,

I'd imagine that pop up is a model dialog that is keeping the process alive yet inactive, and control room is warning that the process seems to be stuck. I would investigate why the pop up appears and what the process is doing at that point. Is there a VBO trying  to make the app do something it doesn't like?
