Hi,
We have issue with one of our resource pools.
All processes scheduled on that resource pool stuck on "Pending" status. We can execute them manually via "Start".
This resource pool was created yesterday - and worked correct until today.
We do not know any other way of fixing this issue other than re-creating resource pool from the scratch. This also means all our schedules connected to this resource pool has to be re created too.
In Recent Activity Report termination reason shows:
Task: Task Name Session creation failed on resource ResourcePool Failed to create session on ResourcePool - PARAMETERS SET.
Few points here:
1. Processes executed on this pool do not have any input parameters.
2. If i check Resource PC log we have following info:
- Session created
- Disconnected (this step appear almost in same second)
So it looks as the connection from the pool to resource pc cannot be set?
As mentioned above if we manually start the process it works without issues.
Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
