I see that we need to just install one of the component for this upgrade to take place which is Decipher Web Client.
But I'm unable to find the installer file in the Decipher downloads.
@Ben.Lyons1 can you help with this or anyone is aware where is the Web client installer.

No response from the support team in the last 5 days and the Decipher 2.2.1 Web Client is still not available.
Tagging @Samantha Shaw to help us with this and prioritize the request.

Update - BP Support has created a temp file-sharing folder and just got the MSI file. The IT team is still working to fix it. Meanwhile, if anybody needs access connect support.

Hi Ben,
We have tried that as well. Also, we have tried accessing the download page via multiple web browsers. We are still waiting for an update from the support team.

Hi Ben, the thing is users accessing portal from Asia and Australia are facing this issue as you can see in above screenshots. So it is not due to browser but the server itself.
