What is Work queue snapshots and what is the use of Work queue snapshots. 
where can we see the snapshots.

Hi Vijay,

Work Queue snapshots usually are configured in order to generate the periodic snapshots of Work Queue data at defined intervals and compare the current data values with the data from previous snapshots in order to make comparisons and track trends. 

For example, if you configure the snapshot to be taken every 1 hour (The interval at which work queue snapshots will be created ranges between 15 minutes at a bare minimum and the maximum allowed values is 24 hour) then you can get various statistics like, how many pending items were there at the start of that 1 hour interval and how many are there in the end. It helps you out to get more detailed information for your MI reports at a timeline basis.
