Something working when ran from the process but failing when ran from control room/schedular - suggest that you have not implemented best practice wait stage logic in your solution or your environment that you are running the task in is not persistent in some way. I recommend contacting your trainer/mentor to have your solution peer reviewed by someone with experience. If you are a new user and you do not have a mentor I recommend you raise that with your manager as a project risk - the accreditation training path that all Partner organisations agree with Blue Prism includes mentoring - so it should be in place for you.
