Routing Documents to Decipher IDP Exception Queue

Hi All,

Is there a method for directing specific document types to the Decipher IDP exception queue?

For instance, if I have a Batch Type designated for processing invoices, can documents like purchase orders (POs), timesheets, or bank statements be automatically flagged as exceptions in Decipher when they are pushed pointing to the same Batch Type as invoices?

Hi Athiban,

Due to the potential complexity of exception types in Decipher, these all need to be marked manually and then have a defined human-in-the-loop process for how to proceed. E.g. Wrong document type might need the user to delete the document from the batch and submit it using a different process to the correct document type. But a missing value could be manually added and then be pushed back to Blue Prism.

Thanks
