Is it possible to run a process from within a process?
I would like to run the process --> refill the queue by running another process --> run the process again.

There is a Process stage in Process studio that can be used to do what you ask.
However, best practice recommends against using sub processes, there is a section in the design guide in the learning area of the portal about this.
