I am trying to right click on a schedule in control room and choose the option Run Now, nothing happens. I see the load Icon for a couple of seconds and then nothing..
Hi. We use this quite often and it works ok. Just check that the schedule is set up correctly. If you have made any changes, have you clicked on the ""Apply Changes"" button at the bottom? Are the processes connected to an available resource? I would just go through step by step and rule out any issues.
Thanks, but it seems maybe an issue with appserver, I get : blue prism not responding when clicking on Run Now, schedule should be OK, we are running it every day, it's just when I want to run out of schedule
