We recently upgraded to BP 7.1.1 environment. Post the upgrade, our scheduler hasn't been working as expected and we get the error - "Timed out waiting for all sessions to start". If we do a run now on the schedule, that works as expected.
May I please seek guidance from this community as to how to debug this issue

Is it happening with all the schedules or some specific schedules?

Try to retire that particular machine and then login to that particular VM start the resource bat file it will show something like resource is retired and now move back the machine from retired resource to control room available resource. This trick worked on 6.8 but worth to give a try on 7.1.1 as well. Good luck !!
Dear Nupur, have you already found a solution for this problem with BP and/or what is the workaround you could use? - we currently have the same error pattern with a few schedules with V7.1.0
