Scheduling is not working

Hi All,
I have scheduled a process but it is not running. as there is no entry in process log in Audit.
Request you to please suggest if anything is missing here. Thank you!!

Hello Ritesh

First of all, you need to go to Control Room>Recent Activity. You will find the list of all the past schedules. If schedule was unable to run then you can go through the Schedule Log to analyse further.

Hi Ritesh,
You can also be more specific in giving the Run At time instead of giving it 00:00:00 (i.e. 12 AM), try with something closer to current time, So it will be easier for you to check if the scheduler is working or not. Also make sure your resource PC is available when scheduler is kicked off. Based on your time zone, also create a calendar which avoid Holidays, You cannot assume that your local time/calendar is what blue prism uses.
