Security prompts me for credentials after Windows update and I can't sign in to BP.

Error:
SOAP security negotiation with 'http://rpadapp003.intra.rakuten.co.jp:8153/bpserver' for target 'http://rpadapp003.intra.rakuten.co.jp:8153/bpserver' failed. See inner exception for more details.

Referring to the method in [Windowsupdate後にBlue Prismが起動しなくなる],but cannot find the program in Installed Updates.

Windows Version : 21H1
Target program : KB5009543
Cannot find the target program in Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Installed Updates

After restarting Windows, it still prompts for credentials.

I'm not sure how to deal with it, but I would appreciate it if you could teach me.

It would be better that you could teach me how to deal with it.

I can't see whatever the article is that you linked, but here's a link to the Blue Prism support KB article that deals with the most recent issue of a Windows Update causing issues with Blue Prism authentication.
