Server Timeout Error in Getnext Item

Hi Team, We are facing "Server Timeout Error" in our Blue Prism. Initially we were in the impression that this is because our servers do not have sufficient space in our DB. We did increase our DB space for good 300 GB but still facing this issue with all 19 robos for our process. PFB the error that we receive : Get Next Item Action Get Next Item _DCP ERROR: Internal : Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Kindly suggest what needs to be done.

I'd recommend contacting Support and give them details about your overall DB size and the size of each table (you DBA should be able to get this information).

We too are experiencing the issue. The Data Base and App Server have been monitored and they are operating at acceptable levels per the DBA's. Has this been resolved and any root causes identified?

Digging up an old thread here but we're getting similar issues. We've cleared down the log table per advice from Blueprism but looks like that solution did not work. Has anyone else got further clarification on this?
