Hopefully you are first testing the version upgrade in a controlled way (single sandboxed upgrade environment/database). Blue Prism tries to ensure that new versions are compatible with what has been built in previous versions of the product (we do a lot of testing to ensure this), but if you have found an example where this is not the case it should probably be reported to the product support team.
