Spy not being recognised on one VM when working on other 2 VMs

Hi All,

I'm fairly new to RPA and have a simple process to run an admin task and it requires logging into the system to perform the task. The RPA runs without issue on 2 Virtual Machines hosted by BP but not on our 3rd. On the 3rd machine it fails to recognise the login button of the system even though it recognises this button on the other 2 VMs.

Just wondering if I'm missing something fairly obvious here? All 3 machines were built by BP with the same client install of the system utilising the RPA.

It has been spied in UI Mode.

Thanks,

We believe this may be machine related and have logged a call with BP Cloud.

Thanks for the feedback everyone 🙂

Hi Jamie,

It is strange that having the same installation one gives problems and the other does not.

Have you checked if the screen resolution is the same in all three environments?

Can you debug the process on the third machine that is giving you problems to see what is wrong?

See you in the community, bye 🙂

Also, have you went into the Application Modeller in the 3rd machine and highlighted the login button to make sure it's still spying the same button?
