Stuck Batches

AndreaFrauchige

Hi,

Perhaps someone has had the same experience. I have just finished installing Decipher IDP running with BP v6.6.

I have created a DFD with basic fields, associated it to a Document Type, and then created a Batch for it.

I was able to load the first document to the server and was expecting to be informed that verification is needed. However, the batch is stuck in the status "OCR performed, ready for capture".

Does someone know how to push it to Verification? Or maybe there is a problem with the DFD which prevents it to transition to the verification stage?

Thanks a lot & regards
Andrea

Hi, Andrea,

you don't have to do anything it should have moved automatically. Please check following:
1. Are your Decipher services running?
2. Have you defined your batch properly with document type and DFD?
3. Check that you have the following in your configuration (Admin module)

Good day!

Did you manage to solve this problem?
Faced a similar problem. Didn't find any documentation on statuses.

Hi Sergei,

There can be a few different causes, but we might need more information to help properly resolve.

First things to check are, have you made any changes to the Decipher account "generaluser"? This is used by the automation clients to process you documents.

Try restarting the service for the Decipher Automated Clients.

Failing these, please can you advise on the last time this worked successfully and any changes to the environment?

Thanks

Good day!

Thanks for your reply.

This worked until the administrator's(!) password was changed in web interface Decipher.
After trying to download the package - the package hangs at the "Image Processing" stage

1. I found this section in solving problems, verified the login passwords in all the specified config files (the generaluser is registered everywhere with pass 'user'), and at startup SsiImageProcessingClient.exe received an error:
SsiServerCommunication.SsiClientSessionException: Request failed for command 'Login' with error code '-13 'and error message:' Account locked after too many        unsuccessful login attempts. Please try later. '
2. I have Changed the password for the user general user to "user" in the Decifer web interface. And the packet moved from the "Image Processing" status to "... ready for capture", and the file SsiImageProcessingClient.exe no longer gave an error and showed "Waiting for next file to process,,,"
3. But the package hung on the status "... ready for capture", I started checking other files and saw again the error 'Account locked after too many unsuccessful login ...' I decided to change the password for the Administrator in the web interface and the package... moved to the status '...- ready for ClassVerify' and stuck there.
I'm thinking of changing the password again to push the package to the finish line))

Manually launched the file SsiDataCaptureClient.exe, now the package has changed to the status "...ready for Verify"

the packages get stuck at the "ClassVerify performed - ready for Capture" stage and only the manual launch of the file "SsiDataCaptureClient.exe" pushes them further.
Any ideas where to look for the cause?

Thank you.

The problem is related to the credentials under which the services run and the package is launched. More precisely, the difference between them.

We will diagnose it ourselves.
