Tab Key not working in web application

Hi - I am working with webpages, wherein I am entering policy number in one text field and then when I press tab key it fetches other details from some source. Same when I try to execute in BP IDE by passing tab key after entering policy number it doesn't fetch the data, which puts in thinking mode, how shall I replicate this scenario. I am passing TAB key as Global send key event. Has anyone faced this before or any idea on same? Any pointers will be appreciated.

Hi Prageet, Try adding wait stage after entering policy number and then try giving ""{TAB}"" as Global send keys from your navigate. Hope it helps.
