Techinal Error when Bot is running

Hi All, When my bot is running then we are getting error like An error occurred while refreshing the environment list: The parameterized query @status int, @start datetimetime , @local int, @machinename navarchar (40) expects the parameter which was not supplied   Please find the attache file for the same. I think database is getting disconnected and that is why we are getting the errors   Please solve the issue

It sounds like either your DB is approaching maximum capacity or maybe the app server is struggling to handle the traffic. I suggest you contact Support for advice.
