Hi All,
I am using Data: OLEDB to connect Excel as database. It is working fine in STG and DEV but not in PROD
and throwing below error
Error Detail : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.
Error Stage : Data - OLEDB::Open
I found below link in Blueprism OLEDB guide to install access database Engine but link doesn't work. Could someone please guide ?

Hi Kirtish,
As you already deducted, it is a problem in PROD. Something 'Officy' is either missing or wrongly configuered.
If you google the error you get, you'll find many pages describing different solutions on how to install/fix the problem in PROD.

Happy coding!

Hi,
try this link for downloading Access Database drivers:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54920
However, those driver might work but is not the suggested solution for later version of Office.
Please read here for details on Microsoft 365
