Hi,
We would like to finally run our decipher process in production, however it looks like exported from dev environment training data doesn't work. I imported all components from dev env to prod, but when I load the document for processing, decipher is not able to read correct data, it looks like it's ignoring the trained model. I imported also all components like Batch type or DFD. Any suggestion what could be wrong?

Hi Jakub,
Ideally, there should not be any issues related to training data. If you have access to the production Decipher database, could you please check if you can see the data under the 'FieldTemplates' and 'Region Templates' tables (it should be same as the Dev DB)?
Also, did you test the samples that didn't work in production in your Dev instance?

Hi Athiban,
I managed to fix this after recreating DFD, batch type and document type and it works. I think it could have had something in common with the update of decipher we did in production.
