Hi,
To find the underlying issue would likely require digging into the configuration/logs. But without any more information, I would suggest looking at which user account is user to run the Authentication webservice (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/manage/configuring-security/application-pool-identities), and to check whether that user has the necessary permissions to access the database, listed here: https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/hub-interact/4-3/en-us/installation/install-hub-software.htm?tocpath=Hub%7CInstalling%20Hub%7C_____2
IIS APPPOOL\ Blue Prism –Authentication Server also requires access to the BluePrismCloud_IMS_JWT certificate.
If you find that the user access to the data for the Auth IIS service and the certificates/access are correct, it would probably be worth creating a support ticket with Global Customer Support for more guidance.
