Unable To work With IBM AS-400 I-series emulator

Hi All, currently i am working with a mainframe application where my application is running on IBM AS-400 I-series Emulator.I am able to spy the region properly but in my object whenever i am going to perform any read or write operation it has thrown a error which i attached bellow.So please guys help me to solve this problem.
