Hi All,
I cannot able to connect decipher and while trying to login. Getting given below error while login. But it was working before 6 months. In between I was not using decipher. Can you please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi @Pralay ,
Michael is correct that this is most frequently caused by the Decipher Server Service being stopped. This is usually where the Decipher Licensing Service wasn't running when it tried to start or that there isn't a valid license.
As you've already had success running Decipher it is most likely that the server was restarted and the licensing service didn't start in time. If this is the case, I recommend updating the server service to a delayed start. This will give the licensing service time to start before the server service executes.
