Unable to Install BP Hub

Hi All,
we want to onboard BP interact in our organisation. we have got the SA account on window server, now for installing that I have to install BP hub first, so while installing BP Hub I am getting the following error:

As you can see those window desktop runtime and window server hosting both have been installed there but still it shows it's not installed.

can you please suggest me where I am going wrong ?

Hello Sourabh,

Where did you find and download these files from?

Was it our HUB download and install guide: Blue Prism Hub 4.5 - Install Guide-Functional review Page 11 for this particular section?

I would start with a reboot, if possible, to see if the installed refreshes and catches that the installs have been placed, or try uninstalling these components and then follow the linked guide to reinstalling the ones based on the version of HUB you are installing. 

If neither works, I think it would be best to open a ticket with Blue Prism support.
