Unable to Set Text in Attachmate

Hey guys, Currently I am trying to write to a EXTRA! X-treme mainframe. I can read items just fine, but when it comes to writing, I get this error: "Internal: Failed to perform step 1 in Write Stage 'Write' on page 'Log In' - Failed to set text in Attachmate host due to the session being locked." Any ideas? Cheers

I have interfaced extensively with Attachmate Extra previously with no problems so, if you have followed the guideance on the knowledgebase about how to set up the Attachmate interface, your next step may be to reach out to the Blue Prism support team.
