Hi Sourav,
Do you have the Java Access Bridge installed and enabled?
We found we couldn't use Java Automation unless this was installed and switched on.

Hi Harish,
Have gone through the doc and everything is configured correctly. The main issue is, when launching the .jnlp file via IE, Java mode works, but when launching the .jnlp file via Edge, java mode doesn't work.
