Unable to Spy with Java Mode

SouravSaha3

Hi,

I'm not able to spy one Oracle Application (.jnlp) with Java spying mode. The application is downloaded by pushing a link to Edge browser and then opening it. All spy modes are working except Java.

Previously the application was being downloaded and opened from IE browser and Java mode was working fine in that case.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated!

Hi Sourav,

Do you have the Java Access Bridge installed and enabled?

We found we couldn't use Java Automation unless this was installed and switched on.

Hi Jamie,

Yes, JAB is installed and enabled.

While launching the application from IE browser, the Java mode works but when trying to do the same with Edge browser, Java mode doesn't work.

Hi Harish,

Have gone through the doc and everything is configured correctly. The main issue is, when launching the .jnlp file via IE, Java mode works, but when launching the .jnlp file via Edge, java mode doesn't work.
