Unable to calculate run mode - object IE Save As Window does not exist.

  Getting this error  when we try to add to the Environment list : Failed to create session on - Failed to get effective run mode - Unable to calculate run mode - object IE Save As Window does not exist.

Reading between the lines I'd say it sounds like your solution is calling an object that does not exist
