Unable to enable SAP Spy mode

I have done everything that is required for BluePrism's integration with SAP - I have got the server side settings done and also the client side settings. But nothing seems to get the SAP spy mode working for us. Did anyone face the similar problem ? Can anyone share some light on how to fix this issue, please

Hi Soumya,
Couple questions which may help.
1) Is your client using the SAP GUI Logon client to access SAP or the NetWeaver Business Client?
2) If using SAP GUI Logon, can you currently record and playback scripts using SAP's native Script Recording & Playback function?
