Unable to fetch JWT token for Remedy API

Hi Team,

I have an api for Remedy and i am trying to use it but unable to. Getting 401 error or some other error when trying to consume it. how to get JWT to work? API is otherwise working.

When trying to replicate the request in the postman, do you receive the same error?

Typically the 401 error is related to an authentication error.
