Unable to open newly created Process

Greetings all,

I created a Process on a newly installed BP but unable to open the process (i.e open the empty canvas). I double clicked on the process but no response and no error message. Please help out on how to resolve it.

It's resolved by switching my system that was on tablet mode back to desktop mode.
