NativeWindowHandle attribute

Hello, I am trying to spy an element with Application Modeller but it has the exact same attributes as another one (except for coordinates).

I noticed that using the UI Automation Navigation the two elements have one attribute that differ, and it's called NativeWindowHandle. 
first of all i would like to know what is this attribute and, most importantly, why can I see the attribute inside the UI Automation Navigation but it doesn't appear in the attributes of the Application Modeller once I have spied the element.

I looked in the docs and the attribute NativeWindowHandle is never cited.
