Unspecified error for an API call

Hi all,

We are trying to make some API calls that interact with OpenAI and these return a timeout error, trying the same call on Postman this finishes in a timely manner that would not exceed the set timeout, does BluePrism have some computational limit?

You'll need to provide more information before we can guess what went wrong. Blue Prism has no limitation like what you're referring to. It just has timeouts, some of which can be overridden, but I have no idea how you're attempting to make this API call so I don't know what to suggest. Are you using the Web API feature or a VBO such as Utility - HTTP?
