Using rossum ai from blueprism.

i am not getting how to use connect rossum with blueprism, and there are no proper intructional documents or any videos .
Having the api key and credentials still i am getting errors at every stage . please  someone help me how to use rossum tool. currently l iam getting the error showing rossum is not connected/disabled to blueprism but in the system settings its enabled.  you can refer the attached images. 25279.png

I simply wanted to explain that.

1) Drag and drop new Rossum skill stage from skill panel.
2) Replicate Input para, Output para and calling action from your old stage(where you face error)
3) Replace all stages one by one in your process same way and you will be up and running.

Hello,

It looks like your skill is not properly loaded in BP. Plz try removing skill and import again. Still no success do let me know here.

If your skill is properly loaded it will show icon like this for Rossum.
25212.pngWhile in your case you can see there is a cross mark on top right corner on the skill stage, which means your skill is not properly loaded and not uniquely identified by blueprism.

Can you drag and drop the Rossum skill from that panel. Put it side by side(where you get that error) and send a screenshot. So one stage will be with a cross mark and one will be as I shown above.

Nope not like this. Just drag a new Rossum skill stage from panel and put it side by side. I wanna see two stages beside, not the error message. Attaching a sample.
