Utility General's Window Exists Action doesn't recognize the window without focus

Hi I'm trying to confirm whether some IE window exists using Utility - General's Window Exists Action, but it failed. It seems to recognize only window with focus. Any suggestions? Regards,

Use parent document or Document Loaded from HTML Spy Mode element. This should work.
