Waiting for image processing

Hi,

Kindly assist I have installed decipher successfully and all the services are running.

I am also able to connect, login and send batch to Decipher however my batch is stuck on "Waiting for Image processing..." for a long period of time and does not change status at all.

Is there something I can do to resolve this?

So first thing first, review on Program and Features on windows that the Decipher Server Plugin has been installed. If it is installed then proceed to the Decipher Troubleshooting - My Batches stuck in "Image Processing Status"
