Hi all!
I'm from Argentina and it's a pleasure to be here and learn from you! I'm new on this, recently finished a developer course, and have a request from a user that want to take an sales order in SAP.

The procedure is like this:

* The client fills out an Excel form with all the details of the order.
* Send the file to the Contact Center through a WhatsApp number.
* The seles man, take that data and manually enter it into SAP
* End of the process

The question is: Do you know how can I take this file properly? Have any API or directly to WhatsApp web?

Thanks for all!

Diego.

Twilio has an API for WhatsApp.

https://www.twilio.com/whatsapp/api?pdv=c&pcrid=313326800043&pmt=b&pkw=%2Bwhatsapp%20%2Btwilio&campaign=G_S_Brand_Beta_INTL&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=%2Bwhatsapp%20%2Btwilio&utm_campai...

There is an existing Twilio skill in DX which you could probably modify to cater for the WhatsApp API.

Hi, I am trying to do the same. I have looked at the Twilio Skill documentation and seems like I should be able to use "Send Message" action to send WhatsApp messages by adding a "whatsapp: [number]" in To/From inputs. However I couldn't make it work, it says is not a valid number. Any suggestions?

Have you enabled the WhatsApp in Twilio?

https://www.twilio.com/console/sms/whatsapp/learn

To send messages with WhatsApp in production, you have to wait for WhatsApp to formally approve your account. But, that doesn't mean you have to wait to start building. Twilio Sandbox for WhatsApp lets you test your app in a developer environment.

Hi, I was able to send/receive messages using other platforms with the Twilio API, however investigating a little more I found out using the exact same code in Blue Prism will ignore the symbol: "+" when sending the inputs.
I tried using escape chars such as: "whatsapp:\+[number]" but nothing seems to read the "+" correctly.
Do you have any suggestions @JayNejal ?

Hi,

Since my Twilio Mobile number originates from US, you have to find the number code to dial internationally instead of the + sign.

For my US number, the numbers replacing the + is 011 e.g. 0116512345678

The skill somehow removes the + sign.
