Hi,
I'm trying to extract EOD queue data using the built in action called "Get Report Data". I've provided it with the queue name, loaded start/end datetime and a flag of true for completed items. I keep getting an internal error stating " Internal : Invalid column name 'state'. Anyone able to provide an insight into this?

It might be worth reaching out to any contact you have in the Blue Prism PS team (Trusted Advisor/Delivery Enablement Manager) - as they have some standard reports that you can use as your basis for this.

Hi Aodhan - I think that's a bug I'm afraid, and if you contact the support team they will probably advise you to upgrade to a higher version of BP. I appreciate that isn't a simple job, so as a work around you could try using Get Completed Items and Get Exception Items instead. Like Get Report Data they will output a collection of item IDs that you can loop through calling Get Item Data.

I'll reach out to our point of contact regarding what version we are running. In the meantime I'll try the Get Item Data with a loop and that should solve it.

I think almost all the data could be derived from data of Get Completed/Exception Items.
