as far as i know about google maps if you have entered source and destination then go ahead and click on button ""Directions"" and then google map will automaticly show you a line between both source and destination .

I have faced a similar issue while identifying different color in a html table ,but Using get HTML data i find out that their was different class names for different colors and that's how i could easily differentiate them .
