Work queue snapshots

Hi All,

I'm starting to work with Data Gateway in order to retrieve some info from my robots.

I would like to know if, using the output type "Work queue snapshots" the possibility to have info from every coloumns of my queue, because it seems to me that I have only a "summary" of informations, and for detailed info I need to use DataGateway VBO.

Is it true?

Hi Sergio yes the snapshot is only for summary detail. Queue item data is stored as XML and isn't easily accessible without VBOs.
