Greeting community members,
Our company started using Zscaler and this started blocking our access to Blue Prism server.
Since Zscaler can only whitelist DNS or FQDN we are in a pinch where accessing products is impossible from personal pc's.
We are already contacting BP support about this but I'm curious if anyone else had the same problem.
BTW BP docs states that BP uses DNS/FQDN when connecting to runtime resources, does it mean that when BP app is connecting to the server it only uses IP?
