I m unable to install blueprism software in my laptop. Below Error
Unable to determine whether database exists - A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 50 - Local Database Runtime error occurred. Error occurred during LocalDB instance startup: SQL Server process failed to start.

I am also encountering errors when installing the Blue Prism 7.4.1 version. I tried looking for a previous version to download since this one is buggy, but I cannot find one. Can some website developers provide a previous version for download while the engineers fix the issue? Thank you

@jmishra2- There's not much information to work from beyond the error message stack which states the installer isn't able to determine if the database exists, and that the SQL Server process may not be started. Can you outline the steps you followed to install BPE to this point, what step of the installation you're attempting when this error is thrown, and the documentation you're following for this as first-steps for troubleshooting in this thread? As much detail as you can provide would be helpful for others to suggest a path forward.
@yasserrabello - There aren't any known issues specific to v7.4.1 regarding installation that we're aware of and many of our customers have upgraded to/installed this version successfully. However, all previous versions of BPE currently under support are available for download on our Portal if you're looking for an older version. If you need help with installing v7.4.1, could you provide additional details of the error(s) you're encountering either here or in a new thread so we could assist?
Alternately, feel free to open a ticket with us in Support (providing the required details for troubleshooting) and we could help investigate these issues further.
