browser mode spied elements are not working after re-launch of website

Hello !
I facing issue that browser mode spied elements are not working after re- launching the chrome.
BP version 6.10.1
I did all chrome configuration which is mentioned in BP guide. I tried incognito mode also. nothing is working.
During 1st time , it is working but if browser is closed and re-launch it again, browser mode spied elements not working.

Yes I do attach. only UIA mode elements are working. browser based elements are not working.
