Hi Blueprism My robot user can not connect to the production environment (W10-RPAPROD-01.pensam.dk) saying connection lost.
But I can with my own username log into the virtual machine (W10-RPAPROD-01.pensam.dk) and see it is running fine.
I don't have the password to the robot user to the production environment. (setup security)
What could it be.
Greetings

Hi Kristian,
I suspect, possibly the Resource PC consoles may not running on the workstation W10-RPAPROD-01 already.
When you login manually on the workstation, the startup script might be kick-starting the Resource PC consoles.
Therefore, can you please confirm the Resource PC consoles (automate.exe) running already on the target workstation?
You may need to run Windows native command with the assistance of the IT team to examine the status of the process remotely.
Example: tasklist.exe /FI "imagename eq automate.exe" /v /s W10-RPAPROD-01
