error read text with ocr

I'm having trouble reading a region with "read text with ocr" the error that blueprism throws is: Internal: Failed to perform step 1 in Read Stage 'Read list' on page 'Read table Beneficiaries' - This file already exists. Does it have something to do with the temporary Tesseract files ?? if so, where I delete these files. This problem is being generated only in 1 resource.

That is not an error I have ever seen - what are the input parameters you have set on your read stage.  I usually only ever use the whitelist and scale inputs - have you set the log input as that might be related?

Eliminating temporary files from% TEMP% this is solved, however I do not know what the source of the problem is. The other resources execute the processes correctly.
