how to click on a highlighted item in a browser?

i am trying to search for a keyword using Ctrl+F in internet explorer. After the word is highlighted, i want to click on the word that has been highlighted. I am not able to find how to click or focus on that element. Please tell me how to proceed for this problem.

It sounds like a surface automation solution that you are building? I think the Image Recognition object that is distributed with the product includes some options or examples of searching an image for a colour - that might be your starting point.
